Prayosha Restaurant Group LLC is the master Franchisee for Sankalp Restaurants in the US. Headed by Mr Suresh Patel, Prayosha Restaurant Group currently owns and operates a number of eating establishments include Dunkin Donuts, convenience stores, coffee houses and now Sankalp Restaurants.

Mr. Patel, came to the US 25 years ago from his hometown Ahmedabad in Gujarat, India. Whenever he would return to Ahmedabad, as an avid foodie, he would always visit his restaurant of choice, Sankalp, and was fascinated with the consistency of its food and service and its thriving business and cult following of regular diners.

In 2006, after a series of meetings with Mr Kailash Goenka, the Chairman of Sankalp Recreation Pvt Ltd, head company of the chain, Mr. Patel was awarded as Master Licensee of the Sankalp franchise in the US.

Today, Prayosha Restaurant Group has already opened two locations in New Jersey and is opening a third franchise in Cincinnati. By 2013, Mr. Patel envisions opening 20 Sankalp outlets in the Eastern United States.
